Decide on fixed or height adjustable first. The Impulse Black Series tables are simple, solid straight desks that do what rectangular desks have always done, and the slimline version claws back useful depth in tighter rooms. The Air Black Series desks are the electric option, with the same mechanism as the rest of our sit stand desks, cable ports in the top, and an optional steel modesty panel that hides legs and cabling from the front.
Dark furniture shows dust less than you would expect and scratches more than you would like, so it rewards a tidy cable setup. The Air desks take power and data up through built in ports; on the Impulse tables we normally add trays and spines from our cable management range. Black frames also sit well against exposed brick and darker carpets, which is why studio and agency fit outs lean this way.
